7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:
- Notice: A written notice must be provided at least 30 days prior to termination.
- Outstanding Payments: All due payments must be settled before termination is finalized.
- Service Issues: Repeated service complaints without resolution may result in termination.
